This is the best kept secret in the Iowa City area, especially as a wedding venue. Originally we were going to save the expense and get married in a park, but the heat and possibility of rain made us nervous. This place was 100% worth the expense, you get so much for your money. The property manager Seth was amazing. He takes care of setting up tables and chairs and the outside chairs and making sure garbage is managed.
