My son has now had 3 visits here. I will update my review if my opinion changes, but so far these are my impressions. Pros: easy scheduling and financing, fun incentives for kids, competitive pricing, friendly office staff Cons: lack of consistency in methods used. I brought my son in recently for an adjustment, and by the time we got home from our appointment, the wire had popped off of his back bracket. I had a very pleasant experience at Celebrating Smiles. All of the staff is super friendly. They really take the time to show you around and explain everything. Very nice facility.
My husband got Invisalign and the overall process was decent. His trays were always ready when the team said they’d be ready and his teeth are straight. The big problem was when it came time to remove his attachments, whoever did the job was WAY too aggressive. They damaged his enamel to the point where there were visible gouges in several of his teeth. When my husband brought it up, they asked if he brushed his teeth too hard. I’ve loved my experience with Celebrating Smiles so far; the process of getting in for a free consultation to discuss my goals and different options was super easy. The staff are really friendly and informative, and my in-office time is typically shorter than I anticipate. I’m really excited to keep working with Celebrating Smiles!
