Everything was well set up and beautifully on theme. However, the suite was extremely hot throughout the event, which made guests uncomfortable. Additionally, the lady assigned to monitor the party was quite rude. Whenever we asked for simple things, such as turning up the music or providing trash bags, she seemed bothered and acted as though our requests were an inconvenience. While the venue itself was nice, the customer service experience definitely took away from the overall event.
I hosted my Bridal Shower with Celebrate Party Venue and just had to write a review! I had such a wonderful time celebrating here. The staff were friendly, there’s so many decor options to choose from, the venue is clean, classy, beautiful, and the value for your money is excellent. We had my son’s high school graduation party at Celebrate Party Venue and it honestly turned out better than we could have hoped. The space was clean, decorated nicely, and had plenty of room for our family and friends without everyone feeling crowded. We brought blue and silver decorations, a cake table, and a small setup with his cap, pictures, and awards, and the staff was really helpful with getting everything placed just right. It was an amazing place with a cute little audio guestbook, beautiful decor and set up exactly how I wanted!! We got to pick our own music and surprisingly all of my guests fit even though it looks super tiny from the outside! We also got to use their custom picture tablet to keep the memories from our day. We tore up the mini dance floor and just had a ton of fun- we almost stayed all night! I started planning a graduation party for my daughter since October 2025, 7 months prior to her graduating. The lack of communication and the overall experience was so upsetting and disheartening for my graduate and our whole family.
