I'm a blue collar worker and because of that sometimes using the restroom isn't always a convenience, I walked over to ask this establishment if there was any way I could use their bathroom and as fast as I could ask for permission to use their facilities the lady's working there said no before I could even finish asking the questions. If a establishment is this rude and un-uneerstanding as these people were I would drive to another City before ever even considering this establishment.
