I could not be more please with this company. They were thorough and communicated every step of the process. When there was an issue with the original car I booked I received a phone call, not a text or email. They took the time to explain the problem a substituted a car of equal value. They put that extra touch on our wedding day to make sure it extra special.
What a joke. I was referred to them by a high profile person. That they take to and from the airport regularly. First she said they do not do drop off and pickup even though it is an option on their website. Then she tried to say that since I was only booking a one way trip they had to charge me 2 hours minimum at $1352.50 for one way. Not true. I want drop off and pickup each way. That’s a round trip. Limousine bus broke down on wedding day with groomsmen inside; did not pickup bride or bridesmaids, did not transport everyone to wedding chapel, did not offer to provide additional modes of transportation to wedding ceremony. Owner would not take phone calls days after wedding when I tried contacting to request refund; had to hire attorney to seek refund.
Wish I could do 0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are scam artists. Read all the other 1 star reviews (those are real)… all the 5 star reviews are fake just like this company. They took our money and never showed up for my wedding day. PLEASE! Do not use this company!!!!
BEWARE!!! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY TOOK MY DEPOSIT, NEVER SHOWED UP FOR MY DAUGHTER’S WEDDING, AND HAVE NEVER CONTACTED ME TO EITHER APOLOGIZE, OFFER AN EXPLANATION, OR REFUND MY DEPOSIT! PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM RUIN YOUR EVENT.
