Worst mobile carrier store I've ever visited. The staff had absolutely no professionalism and showed no interest in helping customers. I visited the store because my prepaid SIM card was expiring the next day, and I only needed an additional three days of service. Without even confirming my needs, the staff activated and sold me a plan that started immediately. When I asked them to cancel it, they simply said it was impossible.
