Some of the staffs need proper training, especially the so called seniors. I went there twice within a week and during the first time, one of the staffs attended me well, very patient and considerate. I went there today and attended by another staff, so rude, impatient, showing off the attitude which don't even want to look in your eyes when talking and not really responding when you're talking to her. Anyhow, kudos for the first staff
