Lotus里面的celcomdigi Store, 服务非常差👎👎👎。 早上10点到了 Celcomdigi Store还没开门，问了对面档口说有时10点15分或10点30分才开门，就上了楼上Lotus走一走。10点30下楼开门了，结果里面没有工作人员，在柜台贴了个纸写（15分钟上厕所）结果就坐在store等到11点，马来女生工作人员终于回来了。店门已经有2位顾客都在等待了。工作人员回来的态度是非常不友善，脸非常臭。 我们顾客都等了最少半小时，还要78早看你脸色。 希望有关门店能重视这个服务问题。
店员不是很有耐心 多问一下丶态度显得有点不耐烦…那位小姐姐为什么不把配套说明白,让我多跑一趟,感觉只想卖配套 后续你自己决绝！
The worst celcom store I have ever encountered, the service attitude is extremely poor, the clerk is completely unable to solve the problem, wasting my time and finally asked me to call the headquarters, but I can solve the same problem in other celcom stores
