Very disappointing experience — DIY customers beware. I specifically chose to shop here because I wanted to support a smaller, specialized business rather than going to a big-box store. I assumed that meant I would get better product knowledge and better customer service. Unfortunately, I got neither. Having to redo an area in our basement that got damaged. Everyone at Ceiling Center are extremely helpful. They still carried matching ceiling tiles so I only had to purchase enough that did not get damaged. Also a few tips on remounting my vents. Prices were better than most places, but the help was worth the more than the price. Thanks
