What a ridiculous phone system and more ridiculous business ethic! When you finally understand what extensions you're supposed to dial to reach a sales team member, you have the option of eight different numbers. I dialed each one of them and got a voicemail with several of the voicemails having outdated out-of-office replies that were more than a month old. When I finally find out there's an extension for a manager, I dialed that number and tried to explain to Brandy my difficulty and she just kept talking over me and excus... read more
