We had a leaking Kohler kitchen faucet. It was a seldom used unit on an island. We read prior reviews that were all very positive, so we made an appointment for about two weeks later. The receptionist, Daune, was very helpful and scheduled us. Not long after, Daune called back and set an earlier date. Soon after we saw the Ceil Maintenace personnel visiting a neighbor's house, so I stopped by to introduce myself and brief them on our not urgent appointment.
