The place is beautiful and has a spectacular view. The breakfast is also good. However, we made a reservation for dinner, and the experience was not pleasant. We felt pressured by the server to order all our food at once. We were not allowed to order appetizers first and then decide on our main courses because, according to the server, the manager did not like customers ordering that way. We cannot say enough great things about the staff at Ceiba. We stayed at the Conrad for a few nights and were treated like royalty every time we came for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Special shout out to the amazing hostesses Jaya, Emerald, Mackenzie, and Stella who did a phenomenal job. They always greeted us with a big smile and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We had such a wonderful experience at Ceiba, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waiter, Christian! From the beginning, he was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely personable. We immediately bonded with him, especially after learning he was from Puerto Rico, and he made the entire dinner feel personal and memorable. We had an excellent experience thanks to our waiter, Christian! He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal. He took the time to understand our preferences and helped us choose the best dishes on the menu based on what we were looking for. The Arrachera and Ceviche were delicious! His recommendations were definitely spot-on! If you visit, definitely ask for Christian, you’ll be in great hands!
