Going to agree with the others. A year ago they have the wrong address. Then went to correct address and demanded that I activate macropoint "always on" while I was at the shipper. They called and said " the customer is going to be reaaally mad if you don't switch it". Turns out they were working with my company to get me arrested for a traffic warrant that was ALREADY age purged a year and half earlier and didn't even exist.
Worked with them for 20 plus years never a problem
Really unprofessional brokers there. Called on a load and he started yelling at me for no reason. I don't know if his wife doesn't give him any or what but he needs to learn how to be professional.
