Do Not Rent from Creative Environments of Holllywood We were tenants at one of CEH's properties - the Cosmo Lofts in Hollywood. It was truly the worst renting experience I have ever had. To start, the building is poorly managed; there is a revolving door of personnel, none of whom are very helpful. We had several issues concerning leaky pipes and flooding, which were not repaired right away. Street parking is scarce and one space in their small, crowded lot is an additional $150 per month.
