CEI Alarms are true professionals! Matt, the sales rep, worked with us trying to save us money using existing equipment. Patrick, the installation technician, was always so polite and very knowledgeable. Like most, we waited until AFTER we were broken into to get an alarm system. We've been with CEI for 10 years. They are THE BEST! They have only raised our rates once. (When we purchased the Lifetime warranty.) We had friends that kept trying for better rates, change companies and every few months they upped their monthly fees.
