We recently purchased two Pelican Air suitcases from CEG and Supply. Right out of the gate, we learned from Brian that one of the two cases we ordered were out of stock and would be delayed. When I say learned, I mean Brian called us within minutes by phone to inform us of the situation. Are you serious? No one provides customer service like this anymore!
