So wish I read these reviews before purchasing an excavator from this company. Thank God excavator is going ok at this stage but company is woeful. They call a quick hitch what everyone else calls a manual hitch which screwed me over. Just booked unit in for a service and after 2 days was not even looked at. This in spite of a number of calls following it up. Shane will not return a phone call. Please, please don't get involved with this company. You will be let down
Worst customer service ever, delivered brand new excavator with a damaged dipper arm and they thought nothing of it.. they even ground out the H bar with an angle grinder to make it clear the tilt hitch which they incorrectly fitted(happened to multiple new machines that I know of). Forever doing botch job repairs to fix the faulty machines they sell you, absolutely disgraceful. Stay away, they aren’t dealers they are “grey importers” or something to that effect.

hired a machine from ibanez over a weekend, had to pay bequ b4 delivery. only got 4 hrs usage the whole weekend due to the alternator not charging the battery. My husband even got stuck in the machine as it stopped whilst he was operating. he then had to sit in it for an hour till the technician from CEG come to jump start it again to which he told us to park it up. After spending $1100 for this machine I asked Beau for a refund. The technician that came out from CEG asked for the keys when he came to jump start the machine ... read more
