mia was extremely rude. she didn’t make eye contact and spoke to me in the most degrading tone.
Washington staff is very nice. CEFCU is a good credit union in the area. Will give it a 4 star rating. The only complaint I have is that if you have a credit card with CEFCU, fraud alerts happen way too frequently for credit card purchases. If you do not opt in for approving/denying purchases from your phone/app , it is a serious annoyance to have to get ahold of CEFCU over the phone to get your card turned back on.
