Washington staff is very nice. CEFCU is a good credit union in the area. Will give it a 4 star rating. The only complaint I have is that if you have a credit card with CEFCU, fraud alerts happen way too frequently for credit card purchases. If you do not opt in for approving/denying purchases from your phone/app , it is a serious annoyance to have to get ahold of CEFCU over the phone to get your card turned back on. The drive through tellers are terribly rude human beings.
I left this Cefcu today in complete disbelief regarding an interaction I had… Went to the drive up window to see if that had any euro’s on hand for an upcoming trip. They didn’t- and that wasn’t an issue as I figured it was long shot…. The teller then asked if were traveling soon - we simply said yes and then she told us to write down, when, where and the method of travel.
