Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about the people that work here and the process of a truck loan I’m sorry everyone got bad vibes from here but personally, I think it’s an excellent place

Very nice and caring people. They make you feel cared about and part of the CEFCU family. If the environment is not enough there rates are amazing as well. Highly recommend
I would not recommend using this bank for anything. I financed a car through the Edwardsville Illinois branch at the end of June. This includes title and plates transferred from my old car to my new one. I go to the DMV 2 months later to purchase plates for my old car, to find that CEFCU never transferred my plates at all. They never contacted me for 2 months to inform me that they needed more documents from the seller. I was not informed about this initially.
