We are new in town.....miss our old Credit union and thanks to a neighbor...we heard about CEFCU on Branham. I had a small challenge with the outside teller and the very kind manager, patiently explained the solution ( i.e. NEW password!) Returned teh next day - - success - and the staff was terrific! Very impressed.... More than a Bank!
There's no longer an option to talk to people
Quick service and good customer service, but when I try to pull money out or send money to someone the limit is so..limited. Kinda frustrating when I need to pull money out or make a purchase to pay rent. Tried to pull out a certain amount and it said only $800 was allowed. Went to pull out the $800 and it spit out a receipt and my card saying only $121 was allowed. Even though I hadn’t sent any money. And the limit supposedly resets every Sunday (which today is Sunday). Super disappointing. Gonna have to unfortunately close... read more
