Cefcu is the WORST bank and I should know as I have banked there 20 years. For 2 years I have cashed a check there, they tell me I can cash the check just not deposit it. Today i am told the worker last month put notes in saying she spoke to me about opening a rep payee account-false. Last october they did and I thought that's what I had opened instead the girl just added a name to my account not opening the right acct. RecommendedSet up a bank account, during corona! Went through a lot of holds and transfers but Timber helped me throughout the entire thing. So sweet and thoughtful. Love the online banking and security as well. Thank you!
closed during covid 19 in santa clara WTF all the other banks are open + they give you a small book of checks when you open an account and charge 15 bucks for another small book of checks when you run out of those. Wells gives you a whole booklet of checks that will last you years. your moto should "be not a bank shiftier"
I love CEFCU-never had problem with deposits or obtaining a home load.

Terrible customer service, all 3 people I spoke to do not know the procedures involved in their job. General Manager Nick Hill treated me with such disrespect I closed my account here. Can not believe they're okay with such awful service to loyal clients.
