These people can't read dates or how much payments are. Been paying extra and due date has always been the 27th of each month so today we get a letter the payment is late from some moron who doesn't know anything and is trying to make us pay more on the credit card payment. we are done doing business with them after this card is paid off. Even tried scamming on a loan payment for a car making a deal to pay twice a month and then turning around and charging a late fee so we took the loan somewhere else and at a lower payment ... read more
By far the worst bank i have ever had in my life customer service is horrible the fees they charge are ridiculous and their main goal is making money for themselves instead of the well being of the customers please if your thinking about using them don’t stay very far from them heartland bank is a much better bank that’s their for you instead of making money and their located in almost every town
Cefcu on Iles has no night deposit you can use the atm if you have THEIR DEBIT CARD. DISAPPOINTED.
