Their customer service is excellent
Cefaly is horrible with shipping ! My poor daughter with Migraines has been waiting for her electrodes more than 15 days. They need to get better at shipping! This is ridiculous!
My wife woke up one day with a bad headache. None of the OTC medications would phase it. She then went to a neurologist that specialized in headache/migraine. They did all the tests and tried all the available medications, shots, Botox, and therapy over a period of 2 1/2 years to no avail. The name they gave her headache was New Daily Persistent Headache. Cefaly works more or less effectively for maintenance and abortive use. I recommend that you Do Not, I repeat, Do Not, sign up for auto-ship of the electrodes. I cancelled my subscription, they acknowledged, and are still sending me electrodes. I have 4 unopened packages. They treat customers like an ATM.
