They wanted to charge me $165 for a rapid test! Then , I NEVER received my test results!!!! It has been a full week! Thank goodness I went to Walgreens as soon as I left this place because I felt like this place was sketchy!
When I arrived, I was glad to see that people were lined up outside rather than cramming together inside. One of the workers came out with the barcode to scan, went up and down the line assisting people in completing the online process. He then brought out the vials for us to spit into and he safely collected them in medical zip top bags. Total time took less than 20 minutes. Be sure to have a photo of your insurance card and photo ID, as you need to upload these to the website.
Customer service worst please don’t waste your time don’t go there 😡
I waited for 15 minutes outside and he still wan't done with testing one woman. Then there were 2 other women behind me and one had an appt. I opened the door and asked if she would go in front and he said yes. He should have told me that the wait was likely to be 30+ minutes! So rude.
