Used them for my taxes last year. I dropped off my info and was told I was getting a certain amount back soon. That was in March. I called the first of April and was told it is processing. April 14th rolls around so I call again. This time I'm told the guy that was handling my taxes quit and they didn't know who I was. Staff is very nice and welcoming. I filed my taxes last yr and within 3 to 4 weeks I received my direct deposit. They will work after hours if needed!!
These guys are very nice and knowledgeable. Great experience last year and this year, highly recommend!
