Great business, lots of inventory and good prices, would recommend to anyone getting into or currently welding.
Horrible customer service. Company is a Hougen warranty service center so sent tool to be repaired under warranty with proof of purhase. All warranty centers repair tools IN HOUSE. They proceeded to send my tool off and charged me freight charges that should have been taken care of through them. Charged me 70 dollars to ship back my tool that is under WARRANTY with ups ground shipping. Wouldnt let us speak to supervisior. Did NOTHING to help us out. I will never send any business to them again. If anyone knows if they are se... read more
