Had a fuel filter warning light on a LC 79. Anthony from Ceduna Toyota was excellent and had us sorted in no time!
Amy at the Service Centre, Ceduna is fantastic. From the phone call she took from us (with information overload given to her) to her mannerism and understanding of us as customers was all exceptional. It so nice to have a competant, friendly customer service experience.
Just need to share my recent (6th June) with this company. I couldn't open the tailgate of my 100 series cruiser. Quite stressful as I was travelling home to Qld & wasn't able to access tools etc in the back. I called into Toyota to ask to speak to the service manager for a few minutes to see if it was an easy fix or whatever. After 2 attempts to speak to the manager I was told he/she didn't have the time to help me. To me that was totally unacceptable. I will never go to Toyota Ceduna again.
