Being frequent travellers through Ceduna, we booked a room based on the nice photo on the booking site. Where do I start! I suppose the first complaint was receiving a double bed when we’d booked a queen size. There was no door on the bathroom. The toilet was separated from the bed by a nylon shower curtain where the sliding door was initially. The fridge was on a shelf that should have been the wardrobe space. I paid a lot of money for a barely acceptable room and got charged an extra $70 fee for my dog. The person at the counter only asked for my card details without communicating exactly what he was charging for. You're charged a large amount to stay one night purely because it's a midway point between Adelaide and Bordertown. I feel it wasn't worth it, but i needed a place to stay for the night. Bad value in my opinion and feel that I got ripped off.
