First, he insisted that I get my hair done by him and “bargained” the price down to 400$. He kept speaking negatively about my hair- which nothing was wrong with it. So, I have to share my experience. It was horribke and shameful. I went in to his shop with my 7 'Natural Locz' that I have in hopes of some proper cultural knowledge and skill to maintain and out some love in to my dreads before the New a year. Instead, I got laughed at and told that I didn't have dreads, I had knots. But they are dreads. Just not done his way. He said 500 bucks and I'll do your whole head.
