Awful excellent experience. This is the second time I’ve been trying to go to the doctor. They moved offices ale the secretary gave me the wrong address. Twice. The first time, I showed up to the wrong place because of this and she told me I had to wait another month for a visit. I waited. Today was supposed to be the right one, but she gave me wrong instructions again and my uber driver and I kept spinning around trying to find the place. Dr. Lorenzo is very knowledgeable and kind. Excellent bedside manner. He explains everything very clearly and listens carefully as you describe your symptoms. Dr. Lorenzo is a friendly doctor and is very reassuring. I’ve had 2 procedures done with Dr. Lorenzo and any time I’m put to sleep for a procedure I’m scared but Dr. Lorenzo made me feel comfortable with it and assured me I would be okay I wouldn’t go to another doctor for what he did for me.
