I am an international medical graduate from India. In October 2024, I paid USD 750 for a visa invitation/observership coordinated under Dr. Cedric Coleman and Toya Banks, with USD 500 clearly stated as refundable in case of visa rejection. My visa was denied, but despite repeated follow-ups over 6+ months, the refundable amount has not been returned. I contacted the concerned individuals and university offices multiple times without response. Posting this for transparency and accountability.
