I couldn't ask for a better pharmacy for service and advice. I take dozen different medications and I couldn't keep up with them all without Dr. Ferrari Wong taking care of me. They have very patient and kind technicians that have worked out a lot of issues for me dealing with insurance and always do their best to accomodate their customers. I advise everyone to move their prescriptions from other 3 letter pharmacies to get a much better customer service. Once you're the customer here, you don't wanna leave!
I give one star because I can't give 0. The worst experience i have ever had with a pharmacy. I wait 2 weeks for some prescriptions (included antibiotics that i can't discontinued). Customer service is horrible. They don't have manners. They never resolved my issue.
