All in all i had a good experience at Cedarwood. There was a very short wait time, the staff were friendly and informative and the facility is well equipped. I don't like that you can't accompany your pet during it's examination. I recognize that hysterical pet owners can make the exam more difficult but it is very hard not to be there when you feel your best friend needs you. This place is truly the best in the area! Huge thanks to the entire team for their incredible care and dedication. The doctors are outstanding, the staff are knowledgeable and professional, and everyone has such huge hearts. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and their families. Highly recommend!
We had a scare with our senior dog and called this clinic for advice. Everyone we dealt with was very efficient, kind and informative. They were also quick to get him assessed and provide info. Very thankful to have a clinic like this for emergency care close to home. Thank you
