Not a great place. Looked at the property several times. Too much of a not so great element there. Screen doors hanging off of the slider doors. Debris all over the property. Just not welcoming at all.
My friend lives here. It's an alright spot. They are remodeling all the apts right now. Not the dirtiest place and not the cleanest but the tenants are nice and I haven't ran into any problems.
