Run away as fast as you can NEVER EVER EVER RENT FROM CEDARVIEW. No matter how much you love the apartment at first sight. It is impossible to convey how HORRIBLY you will be treated. LIARS, CHEATS, AND THIEVES! DO NOT RENT I can't say enough to warn any college student against renting from these theives! Worst.Management.EVER Stay here and you'll understand the meaning of "Midwest nice." Their rental practices and policies are closer to loan shark terms than normal rental practices. You're forced to buy into their clubhouse even though they can lock you out with a few keystrokes. They use the most expensive cleaners you've ever heard of and bill you shamelessly when you move out. BEWARE! They were the first people I rented with, so I thought this was a typical experience. Turns out, it's not. The other two companies I've rented from (one in Chicago, one in Bloomington) were both fantastic. So I can say this with a little experience with different rental corporations, CEDARVIEW MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. They stole money from me and lied to me about their own mistake. DO NOT RENT WITH CEDARVIEW MANAGEMENT Tenth & College apartments appear to be nice facilities but the HORRENDOUS management has led me to write this review as a WARNING to potential residents considering renting with Cedarview management. Cedarview is Amazing! Cedarview is an amazing organization and everyone has been extremely kind and helpful. Pam is amazing and responds to all my text requests so fast I find it amazing. They were so helpful when I needed to find roommates and were beyond patient and helpful getting all the lease docs in place. I highly recommend Pam and the entire team at Cedarview. Please ignore the negative comments which are from many years ago. This is an organization that cares about making sure their tenants are happy!
Cedarview Management Corp is INCREDIBLY MEAN Please do not rent from this company. They are extraordinary mean and cheating. I thought they treat me so terribly just because I am a foreigner and in a weak and ignorant state. But I read several reviews from Americans and thought they treat everyone horribly. They cheated me and stole money from me and when I complained about that, they threatened me. I cannot stop my anger! My evaluation of this company is less than half star
Rude!!!! The owner of this company, CedarView Management, walks around and has peoples cars towed after they've been parked there for 5 mins or so. Also, I had an issue with the owner wanting to show my apt at an inconvienent time for me, and the owner came by my place and threatened me about it. I'd stay away! Rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!
