Kind, professional support staff. Prompt service, experienced, knowledgeable, professional technicians and excellent vet care. In my pet’s case, a referral was made to the emergency hospital and all records were efficiently transferred and information was shared. Very pleased with the efficiency, professionalism and competency of this clinic.
My new CRV was dented by an Amazon driver smashing his van door into it while I was parked in front of the Cedarview vet entrance. As I stood in line at this vet the driver actually came inside and delivered a package to the reception desk. A few minutes after I drove away I noticed the dent and made a police report. Amazing service from start to finish, the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and immediately taken to the cat waiting room, which definitely helped keep Lychee less stressed from other dogs that were barking at her. Highly recommend cedarview animal hospital for their friendliness, professionalism, cleanliness, etc. I especially love the spacious foyer so everyone can space out appropriately their animals. A totally positive experience for my first time there.
