This is the worst doctors office bureaucracy I have ever encountered. Very unfortunate because the doctors are pretty good. First of all, there is no way to contact any single office in this building directly. They use a rude and incompetent call staff to attempt to manage/pass-off all of the issues for every patient for all of the doctors. The negative reviews are correct. The staff, particularly the phone staff, is condescending, rude, and completely lacking of empathy. When I informed them that my fingers were in so much pain that I could only use voice-to-text, which was not working in the Cedars App, they told me that was MY problem. Why go into patient care if you hate caring for patients?
