Great facility! Wonderful home like feel. The caregivers are very good. Dedicated team all around.
The worst facility I have ever worked. Reading the reviews the staff must of received a bonus to write because they are simply lying. Please go see for yourself. Facility is extremely dirty and understaffed and underpaid from what the staff has stated. I worked through agency and it was skin crawling the DON (terry) is unprofessional and doesn’t care about her facility the big black nurse (Shay) is ghetto and rude and sits on her phone all the time singing songs and leaving meds laying around. I worked here for agency. Great management. Just too many patients for one assignment. Other than that it is a decent place to work.
Working here at Cedars of Lebanon is different everyday, always learning something new. The residents are happy and loved. The staff is helpful and willing to help in anyway possible. It's a great place to work if you have a caring heart.
