I change apartments every semester, I do this so that I can constantly meet new people. This has given me the opportunity to experience life at many different apartment complexes. Some were great experiences, some were not as good. I had read so many great reviews for the Cedars and so I decided to try it. It was definitely the worst complex I have lived at so far.
