I was prescribed a med from the ER and was told to schedule an appointment with my primary to follow up. I didn't have one so I made an appointment as a new patient and brought my 6 month old kid with me. The Dr told me I'd probably have to be on the medication for the rest of my life but was so worried that I was asking her to be a gynecologist for me and a pediatrician for my kid that she didn't do any further tests even though I was there for neither of those two things. Went in for pre employment physical and ua they were unorganized, said blood pressure was to high to test yet when i left and went to different medical facility no where near same bp tried several times gave up called work to schedule at a different facility to take test had noproblems not sure if they wanted patient for there other business or just dont know how to to there job.
I've gone here in the past and so when I checked on their website, it has a drop down that lists services and Urgent Care is listed. I printed off the forms to save time and filled them out. Went in, and was informed they no longer have Urgent Care since 2019. Okay, then take it down off your website! It creates a lot of confusion and wasted time. Dr. Graunke is a life saver! if 10 Stars was an option I would definitely put that down. I went there because my long time doctor's office in rawlins closed. And I'm so glad I did because they are absolutely amazing caring and so helpful like they listen to everything and then they fixed it and they gave me tons of options which is amazing because my normal doctor was not really that helpful but I'm super excited I know it's only my first visit but I'm really really glad I came
Honestly, they are super professional and very kind. I was there for preemployment drug testing, hearing testing and pulmonary testing. They were friendly and awesome. The office is upbeat and everyone has a good attitude. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there for any sort of care.
