This place looks rin down. The building where i was had ripped up carpet in the hallways. Place seems very run down. View of water is nice. Parking is impossible le in the summer. Not enough parking spots for the number of units.
I wouldve liked to purchase a condo here but the 20lb pet weight limit is not do-able 🫤

We stayed here on vacation and it was really nice. The pool was great larger than I had though in the pictures and the condo I stayed in was also really nice and had everything you would need (A101). The only issue we had our whole trip was rain but nothing anyone can do about that.
I didn’t know that this place has senior citizen quiet times from 10-10. How am I suppose to keep a 3 year old quiet from 10am-10pm? The place is awful especially when you take your family for vacation and they have construction going on during the busiest time. This place is horrible and don’t recommend for anyone. Plus you have to leave go and pay to do your laundry after you pay over 1600 dollars. I would rather double the money spent and not have to worry about this place ever again.This is not a place I will be back for... read more
