I always feel taken care of when I bring my car to Auto Tech. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and HONEST. They tell me the facts and what is actually necessary, and what to keep an eye out for in the future. This is super important as a woman, to trust a mechanic and feel respected. Thank you!
It had been a while since I had visited Auto Tech (about 2 cars ago!), but the service on this visit was the same or better than it was "back then"....John and Tom are courteous and honest - same as I always remembered!
This is by far the best auto mechanic shop I have ever done business with. I've been having my 1988 Volvo 740GLE serviced & repaired here for about 6 years now. The trust I have in this company is second to none. They don't try to rip people off. I have dropped my car off with them & given them a blank check to fix whatever they deemed necessary. john led me through my repair from start to finish, keeping me informed on the whats needed, the whys and how much. Excellent communication and I understand the owner, Tom actually did the diagnostic on my car.
I took my 1998 S70 with over 200K miles to Auto Tech because it had a lot of deferred maintenance. I wanted to find a local Volvo repair shop that would do a good job but not be as high priced as the Volvo dealer. At Auto Tech, I was given options of how we could repair my S70. But the best experience was when the owner Tom, diagnosed my intermittent fuel delivery problem.
