Horrible, very, very expensive. They must have two set's of books. I'd like them to get investigated by the New York times or the Wall Street Journal
Charge 5 times the state average, charge exorbitant prices for things that are free with every other water company in the country, rude employees, never list the times for meetings so share holders cannot attend... Oh and for a supposedly non-profit corporation, every board member dives vechicles worth at least $80,000. They're the freaking Sopranos
