Cedarmak is by far the best pharmacy I've ever had. The staff, especially Nelly, have been top notch. They provide a level of service and attention to detail that really shows how much they care for their community. They are responsive, professional, timely, respectful, and kind. I've used this pharmacy for years, but unfortunately their organization seems to be lacking. My doctor's office faxed an approval letter to Cedarmak, who apparently confirmed receipt and said they had everything they needed. When I called almost a week later to ask about the status, I was told that they didn't have a letter, and that I shouldn't "point fingers" after I said this didn't make sense, based on what an employee had told the doctor's office.

Posted hours aren’t real. Arrived at 5:09pm on a Monday and both doors were locked with no one inside.
