I've used this pharmacy for years, but unfortunately their organization seems to be lacking. My doctor's office faxed an approval letter to Cedarmak, who apparently confirmed receipt and said they had everything they needed. When I called almost a week later to ask about the status, I was told that they didn't have a letter, and that I shouldn't "point fingers" after I said this didn't make sense, based on what an employee had told the doctor's office.

Posted hours aren’t real. Arrived at 5:09pm on a Monday and both doors were locked with no one inside.

This place is UNREAL!! Their entire staff is so accommodating and kind. Nicole in particular is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need, whether that be filling a prescription quickly or always answering the phone to give patients updates/info on insurance, digital prescriptions received or refill reminders. Thank you!!!!
