A few months ago I contacted Mark Cedarleaf to get some work on a shoulder which was interfering with my cycling. The first session he worked on the shoulder and many other areas of my body which were contributing to the shoulder problem. Knowing that such repairs take much more time than one encounter, I scheduled more sessions and most recently, following a long bike ride without shoulder pain, I was able to say that all the hard work was working. I am so happy that I found Mark!!! I was looking for a massage because my stress level was through the roof. I have been away from home for 3 weeks helping with family and needed some help. I went in thinking my stress was only sitting between my shoulders. Haha, what I didnt know was that I carry it all over. Thankfully Mark heard what my body was saying and was able to help me let all of that. I apprieciate his knowledge and willingness to listen to me, I will be recomending him to everyone I know locally.
