I bought an end unit townhouse a couple of years ago. I absolutely love it here. The property is very well maintained and the residences are friendly. There are many ways to volunteer in activities that preserve the lifestyle like regular 'clean up' of common areas and projects like creating a new walking path in the surrounding woods. It really is a well kept secret.
One of the more affordable waterfront condos are here at Cedarhurst. Very well managed and a strong homeowners association is an additional plus. Condos with and without garages...great location with trees and a warm community of residents.
