First and foremost, the staff from the director to head of nursing to Empower Me therapy to the aides and the kitchen staff and operations, EVERYONE is so kind, caring, supportive and helpful for my parents and our family. It’s absolutely spotless and the help is outstanding.
Let me just say when looking for a safe place for my father n law to go to my first choice was looking at Charter Senior Assisted Living. The reason being was my mom lived at this asst living when it used to be Moningside of Troy. I was wishing that some of the same staff might still be there. Charter is a great place! The staff is very caring and polite, just wonderful. The food is delicious, and everything is kept very clean and tidy. They offer great activities for the people living there. The cost for services seems very reasonable to me. This is a great place for seniors in need of assistance. Thanks for all you do!
