Cedarhurst is a beautiful building let me say that. There are alot of things that needs improvement. Let me start by saying I’m not sure if they are short housekeepers but the washrooms on the main level are horrible. It’s smells like urine every time I visit 2/3 out the week. I have only seen one housekeeper. Serving times for my aunts is always an issue. They wait long periods of time for their food. The aides always seem busy and they are short staffed.
