The inconsistency of this facility is beyond belief, along with employee turnover. Unless you want your loved one to be waiting for over 2.5 hours after they pressed their call button until an aide comes to assist them, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY. No matter the amount of times corporate is contacted over the same issues, nothing will be resolved long term. Do better for your residents.
The reality of the Cedarhurst of Naperville experience is that the building is beautiful, the apartments are great, but the nursing care and resident care assistants leave a lot to be desired. There are definitely great employees, but most of the time they don't stay because of being overworked and poor management so it's a revolving door. We had a great experience when touring with my grandparents. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Their updated menu with Indian cuisine choices are a great option for my grandparents. They have exceeded our expectations!
