I love this community. The team that care for the residents go above and beyond to care for the residents. The community is clean and always presentable. If you have a loved one that needs a home please talk to this team.
As it turns out, although I encouraged the staff of Cedarhurst, it was a poor decision on many levels to do so. It is shameful that Corporate Cedarhurst are blind to what is going on in their facility. Very sad for the employees who are lied to and the residents who are stuck there. Hopefully soon something will be a catalyst for change before someone is seriously hurt. I no longer recommend this facility.
In a difficult time with difficult decisions to make we were incredibly grateful for this community!! Cathie and the entire team took their time with my family and gave us options. We are looking forward to our move in and becoming a part of this community which seems more like family. If you need to place a loved one in assisted living look no further than here.

Thanks to all the Cedarhurst Des Peres staff for sincerely caring for our Mom .I to , as an earlier post mentioned like how spacious the hallways are and the brightness ( lots of natural sunlight) . Mom is in memory care and surely was missing her own home when she became a new resident in April . Appreciate the attention that mom required early on from the nurses , caregivers , facility and activity directors , concierges , thanks Carol for setting up our dinner table on short notice so Moms grandsons could enjoy a July 4th... read more
