Since this is the same office as the storage unit office I’m paying this here as well. There’s been easily 3 residents trying to contact the office while I’ve made trips up there and Ira very unprofessional. We’ve been trying to reach the office in regards to my dads storage unit since Monday, because we can’t get through the gate. They changed the gate code on him, he’s paid up to date and has every money order receipts to show it. He hasn’t been up there in three years because of his health. Road detail is terrible. U have to beg to get the streets plowed of snow and slush. I think managent needs to follow up, drive the roads in the community once he says he's done. Of course the office area is always plowed perfectly. People in the community have lots of appts. IE I have had a major back surgery.riding on these roads is very painful I m sure lots of other folks have appts as well. Please address this situation. U would make alot of upset people happy.
